The Brazilian bodybuilder and TikTok star, Valdir Segato who achieved fame by injecting himself with life-threatening oil to create 23-inch biceps, has passed away on his 55th birthday in Ribeirao Preto.

Segato from Sao Paulo, who drew inspiration from the physiques of Arnold Schwarzenegger and fictional characters like The Hulk, persisted in using synthol injections over the years despite the risks of strokes, infections, and amputations. Even after being warned about the potential consequences, he continued to bulk up his biceps, pectorals, and back muscles.

According to reports, he was taken to the hospital due to shortness of breath, but unfortunately, he could not be saved. One individual, Moisés da Conceição da Silva, shared that Segato had sought help from his mother before succumbing to his condition.

This was not the first instance where Segato required urgent medical attention for his respiratory issues. Regrettably, despite previous incidents, his life could not be saved this time.

For a long time, Segato had been vocal on social media, showcasing his pumped-up physique and expressing his desire to become even larger. With his passing, a cautionary tale emerges about the dangers of extreme body modifications and the potential fatal consequences.
