Paul Teutul: biography, family

Paul was born on May 1, 1949, the nearly 70-year-old star is as enthusiastic as a 40-year-old. He was born in Yonkers, New York while growing up in New York’s Pearl River. He is the father of his four children Paul Teutul Jr, Michael Teutul, Christin Teutul and Daniel Teutul. The OCC founder has not revealed much information about his parents, but he has once said that he loves his stepmother very much. Since the death of his biological mother, the stepmother raised him together with his father.

Also, there is no exact information about his education. But he believed that he had completed his basic education at Pearl River High School. After which he departed to sail for the United States Merchant Marines as their member during the Vietnam War.

That’s when he handed it over to his son Daniel and founded Orange County Choppers. He had his son Paul Jr to help him with his new project building bikes for sale.

The American reality series American Choppers, which originally began in 2003 on Discovery, starred Paul Sr and Jr. However, the constant arguments between father and son on the show led the father to fire his son in 2009. Junior Teutul later started his own “Paul Jr Designs”.

Thereafter, the father and son have legal issues regarding ‘Junior’s 20% stake in OCC. It was later announced that the seventh season of “American Chopper: Senior VS. Junior” on TLC featured the designs of OCC and Paul Jr.
